KIDS TAG RUGBY IN MUSGRAVE PARK
Cork Tag Rugby is delighted to introduce our new learn to play tag rugby programme for kids in Musgrave Park. This 5-week introductory course will teach both boys and girls the basics of what is rapidly becoming one of the most popular social sports. These fun and friendly sessions are a perfect opportunity for kids to come and try out the game of tag rugby.
Tag Rugby provides an excellent opportunity for children to learn new skills, build new friendships and to be active in a fun and safe environment. It allows children to develop teamwork and leadership skills while making memories that last a lifetime. As it is a minimal contact sport, both girls and boys can learn to play the game together.
Throughout the 5 weeks, kids will be introduced to tag rugby by our highly experienced coaches in Musgrave Park. Each of our coaches is Garda Vetted and will walk the kids through the game step by step. Each session will be 1 hour and involves coaching specific skills of tag rugby. Children will then be given the opportunity to put into practice what they have learned through mini games.
